Great Britain Pre-Production

Organising the shoot was important so we know realistically what we should be realistically aiming for.

After talking and discussing ideas about what we wanted to achieve, and how we wanted to achieve it. I created a timetable for the three of us to use and keep reference of our goals.

I had to meet with Rosie on Monday to tell her what our plan was, to make sure what we have in place is right. after the meeting she advised me before signing me off that I have all the risk assessment and make sure that I have all the right permission for using a child actress.

discussing the equipment we want to use we compiled a list of things we needed:
- Sony EX3
- External Recorder
- EX3 Lens Conversion Kit
- Glide Cam
- 2x C-stands
- 2x Red Heads & stands
- Marantz PM661 Recorder
- Floor Mic Stand
-Sand bags
-Scrim Set
-3 Arri Fresnals

The Ex3 as of my knowledge was if it was to be used I had to be inducted again as it now has an external recorder.

After meeting with Rosie again, she signed us off as we completed a full production pack, you can see it attached here.

as Charlotte went to Brighton, I took the pictures that included the kids hands and body.
I also took out the recording kit to record the sort of script we have in place.
